According to the announcement issued by GAC Group, Guangzhou Automobile Passenger Vehicle and Zhongxing Automobile jointly invested in Yichang to set up a joint venture to carry out the procurement, production and integration of auto parts. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 500 million yuan. Among them, GAC Group accounted for 40% of the company's equity, and Zhongxing Automobile accounted for 60% of the company's equity. At present, the production capacity of Zhongxing Yichang Automobile Base is 100,000 vehicles per year.
